how can you predict Mansfield getting second, I don't see them doing anything in the top 10 i am sorry

Where on earth did anyone predict Mansfield being second? Please learn to read.

T-minus 4 days 'til PSACs.

I'm excited to be able to watch! It should be interesting to watch Neely Spence take on the flat course at Lock Haven, I'm just curious to see if she's going to shut it down and pace her teammates, or if she's going to run away with it.

On the guys side, it should be an awesome individual race, along with a team race. Regan, Weiss, and Clark will be duking it out for the individual title, and the teams will be close between Ship, Lock Haven, Edinboro, and Slippery Rock.

It's going to be awesome!

PSAC Predictions...

Team:

1.Boro-They are tough to bet agaisnt and when you do they ususally find a way to prove you wrong. I thought Haven might win it, but I don't see that happening.

2.Haven- They have been pretty solid all year, their place banks on how far up Getz and Hilton place. Also is pomerantz healthy??

3.Cal-I like to see this team as a dark horse and surprise the PSAC...they have a strong front runner in Clark and have some depth in their pack.

4.Rock-They have a strong 1,2 punch in regean and weiss...but weiss as not been the same since coming back from the injury. The team also lacks depth with their 4 and 5 guys.

5.Ship-Coming into the season I saw this team doing big things in the PSAC, but instead they are the most disapointing. They had a good run at Paul Short but they haven't show much besides that all season...maybe they will get their act together at PSACs.

6.Bloomsburg-If their top 2 finish well then I could see this team finishing a little higher then sixth...they have a so-so pack and are hurting with the lack of help from Misha (hurt??).

7.ESU- This team is young and has a tight pack like Ship. They could finish higher in the standings, but I see their top freshman faltering a bit towards the end.

8.Millersville- They have proven me wrong by having a good season so far and have had some guys step it up. Their pack needs to be closer though if they want to move up higher in the standings.

9.IUP- Another team that has surpassed my expectations with Gaudet, Straumen, and Shelly running well. They need their 4-5 guys to step it up though if they want to see higher than 9th. Nice improvement either way from previous years.

10.Could be anyone...I am going with Kutztown as a random choice.

Wow these are by far the worst predictions i have seen on anything, in all my years. It is wrong on so many differnt levels and in so many ways. For example... who is brady? do you mean brady from ship who has ran in about 2 or 3 meets this year and done horrible in all of them?

i think what the person meant to say in the earlier predictions was beegle as number ten not me. So Yes, I haven't had the greatest of seasons this year. I just certainly hope its only people being ignorant that are bashing me and trying to post things that they think I would say in response to any negative comments. ships pack will displace havens pack and win 2nd due to pomerantz having an off day: 58

haven wil put 5 guys in the top 20 but not high enough to beat ship: 60

Forecast: 78-84 degrees farenheit, no wind, if its tuesday or thurdsay good chance of precipitation, if its wednesday good chance of micecipitation, if its friday good chances of sleeving with no hinderance, and if its saturday good chance of victory.... for the winner.

ps: i just ate 3 mice and some bark and my digestive system in in hinderance. i need some pepto-miceo-snakeo

Clark made winning look easy today... destroyed the course record by about 40 seconds and did it with a smile on his face the whole time... GROSS!

4 guys broke the previous course record and made it look easy.. clark was smiling the whole time, Hahn was cruising after Clark dropped him, and Reagan and Weiss were talking while they ran.. what a sick race regionals is going to turn out to be.

Edinboro did their job, and Slippery Rock broke from the pack with a strong performance from some solid sophomores. Ship and Lock Haven may have underperformed a bit, but the race as a whole was fast as hell. Congrats to all who ran today, it was a great race.

Yeah it was a great race. And great conditions too. GOOD LUCK AT REGIONALS EVERYONE!!

Yeh I would say Ship and Haven under performed...Haven needs a higher finish out of Johnson if they want grab second place and Ship needs their pack a few spots higher if they want to close the points gap...The pace was really fast and that may of helped some teams and hurt others...it is hard to catch people on the course, not many places change after the 5k...Slippery Rock is a much easier course to catch people at especially with it being a 10k...At Regionals I don't see much changing place wise expect for a few teams...
