That is because antigen tests are not dispositive of someone having cancer. And the main indicator for prostate cancer is a spike in PSA levels in an antigen test. Aggressive tumors can make lower levels of PSAs that low grade tumors and do not exhibit any spike. This is why the medical community has backed away from antigen tests for older patients. It is more important to have regular prostate exams as aggressive tumors will be more likely to be caught with an exam than with an antigen test. So, it is absolutely a false statement to say that this cancer had to be detectible during the Biden administration.
