So RW's tracker appears to be stopped on the side of E. Cumberland Road just east of Brownstown for the mid-day rest. I used Google Maps to track it from the Innkeeper stop yesterday afternoon, and I get right at 53 miles for them for the 20 hour period. There was at least a couple of rest stops in there, so RW's tracker may have been on the move for 17-18 hours? So right around 3 MPH, moving average if we figure 17.5 hours actually on the go.

Just wow. First, look at that photo. This guy is not a competitive runner. Second, he is a liar. No offer has gone out to pay for any of us to go run with him, unless the pigeon hasn't arrive with his note yet. Third, "Do it for the kids". I now put the chances of this just being a big joke on the running community at 90%.

If this is not an indictment on the whole Ultra "running" movement, I am not sure what is.

Let me preface by saying that Rob is not indictative of the ultra community.

Second, I know you think you are being funny, but let's see you TRY an ultra. Anyone can run a 10K or even a marathon. An ultra. That is a huge step up from what normal runners can accomplish. When you finish something like Western States or a multi-day event you come talk to me. Until then show some respect.

Actually, if you look at the photos, he frequently does dress in all black, even at night, sometimes in long pants. And he carries a flashlight rather than use a headlamp.

He does wear official running stuff that has reflective stuff on it, and I don't see that in the video, and it just doesn't look like someone trying to put in miles.

I'm about 57% sure it's not him, but it could be.

Though the video hasn't been posted, if the people in the RV saw asher running towards them, and runner in the video was Rob, then why didn't they just flag down asher and say "hang out a minute and you'll be able to run with him"?

I wonder what kind of offer they are making to Bebop and Rocksteady to keep them quiet on their spy mission.

Why does it take a "roomful" of these guys to walk/jog with RY? Couldn't Liz just do it herself?

Put his life on hold? What does that mean? There is no such thing. Whatever you're doing at that moment IS YOUR LIFE! There is no "HOLD" - he's just out there pretending to do this thing. And don't kid yourself, he's absolutely doing it for the fame and glory, but it's all going to backfire on him when the world figures out what a total fraud the guy is!
