The fetus has fluid on its brain. It may be born blind, may not be able to walk and may not even be able to survive outside the womb at all. But big government has decided that women are nothing more than incubators and have no say in their lives once they become pregnant.

The law says the baby has to be born, and taking his mother off life support now would deny him due process.
This is a trap that even right wingers usually know to avoid. If you say that an unborn fetus has due process rights that are separate and aside from the mother's, you must then appoint a guardian ad litem for every unborn child when the mother seeks medical treatment or engages in any activity that might endanger the fetus. The mother would have to go to court if the ad litem felt that the risk to the fetus was unacceptable. That is some next level Handmaid's Tale sh#t.
