I wouldn't be surprised in the least to hear of a major shakeup in the staff at Loyola (MD). Talking to a few of the current athletes as well as alumni after me, relations between the runners and a few of the coaches are going from bad to worse at a rapid rate.

Where is the W&J coach going and what happened to Bryan Harmon at Lake Erie? Also anybody know anything about Pratt or Texas Lutheran?
Looks like Coach Bryan Harmon is no longer at Lake Erie he was the head XC and Track Coach. Wonder why, had a good thing going.
Since XC nationals are this weekend I expect openings to be announced for several positions soon...December is usually a hot hiring month as track season gets underway
Word has it that even if you have a good thing going you still have to be able to work with/for your AD.......

There already was a major shakeup in the staff...all of the non-distance positions were replaced this year. The current head coach has been there twice as long as any of her predecessors and if you know anything about the administration's general attitude towards the program the relations between the athletes and the coaches are unlikely to change anything.(Unless something illegal was going on, which is not)
Does anyone happen to have an update on the status at Coker College and West Alabama positions?
