This is beyond Edwards being guilty or not. It is about a cover up which has seen $2m of public money spent and an uncanny ability of those involved to get rapid promotion and honours .
I see in the Bradley Wiggins case that the same organisation Omit they haven’t got the evidence but they don’t wanna meet in my case it’s wrong because of the repercussions
So in Bradley Wiggins case they couldn’t proceed because they couldn’t get access to medical records but in my case the evidence with withheld. ?Hidden
I believe Wiggo's medical records were supposed to be uploaded online for safe record keeping, but that did not happen and the laptop the records were on was stolen.
That differs from your case where the lab said they had records on file, but for whatever reason couldn't share them and then it turned out they never had records at all and they had clearly been lying about it the whole time.
Both cases look to be botched, but in different ways.
Sapstead , head of UKAD has moaned about not being able to get medical records from the cycling doctor in the Wiggins case.
Yet in the Edwards case she was part of hiding 600 pages of highly material data from the hearings .
How is that for an example of duplicity of standards .
Further , organisations she played a key part in said that calibration data did exist but could not be provided for health and safely reasons .Then they had to admit that none had been done dispite the doping testing contract saying they had too .
To have a world anti-doping agency you have to have a credible system when you lose medical records don’t have enough urine or blood to do the testYou are creating a system that has no credibility at all .The people that run the system have to be whiter than white honest and above integrity not alter results to suit their own needs.? How can you make the whole system more creditable fair and honest and above any sort of approach ?

Since the above post by Edwards the British press has been full of 10,000 forensic tests being flawed .
Cases that have been successfully prosecuted are now being sent to appeal and or dropped .
No cover up by the organisations getting public / taxpayers money unlike the Edwards case .
Why is it that the cover up continues for Edwards?
The difference could be that in the forensic / criminal cases the failing organisation is a private company .
In the Edwards case the failing organisations are all publically funded and those involved have been highly promoted and or given the highest honours of the State .

I have just noted that the Police have cancelled their contract with the drug testing lab.
Yet in the Edwards case things continue as normal!

Yes keep fighting. The evidence is 100% in your favour. UKAD had no valid scientifiv evidence against you and then avoided dealing with all challenges by just doing nothing. Of course what else could be done because it is not possible to justify the unjustifiable.
The new Michael Stone miscarriage of justice news should give you some hope. After many years in prison for a crime on which they had zero evidence againts him he is appealing again because Levi Bellfield of the Milly Dowler case is reported to have confessed to the crimes Michael Stone was wrongly convicted of!
I have been told of a 53-year-old Club level standard athlete has been suspended as he had to go to work in 20 minutes or he would lose his job so He’s been banned ranked 441 in the country Great Britain
The Bucharest lab has been suspended and is subject to disaplinary proceedings.
Why has the London lab not been sanctioned over the Edwards case and its continuing covering up of the evidence of misleading the hearings?
In addition the Givernment ,via its agencies, was part of this.
People say some are innocent some are not .if test contains no evidence as data never existed procedures are not properly followed peoples innocence or guilt is irrelevant .As as for people to be found guilty or innocent evidence has to be produced as the test never taken place .

Cowen got honoured by the Queen and this will make it very difficult to get anyone to admit he covered up his mistakes in the Edwards case .
