The race should be re-run with DQs for the runners who ran up on and tried to run through athletes ahead of them. There's no excusing their actions.
800Great has it correct -and anyone who saw all the camera angles (including as reported Josh Cox) knows without a doubt that the initial contact was between Rogers planted forward right leg (@ calf level) with Martinez's trailing left foot coming forward. Montano did not initiate the collusion but had no where to go as Martinez stumbled after the initial contact with Rogers leg. Would say its time to stop bashing, but can't expect that from the LR message boards so carry on with your uninformed speculation and accusations.

They do not rerun finals at this level - if it was a prelim they may take an extra person or two to the final (which is bad, also, because it makes too many to be safe in the final)

It's Brenda's own fault that she tripped. That's the risk one takes by trying to exploit the same strategy as everyone else (staying in the pack and breaking out in the last bend).
