2:08:02 if I heard correctly. ABout 3min slower than Boston which sounds about right.

Why the f#ck don't they show the clock during the finish???
2:08:02 for Hall.
Great time if u r any other US marathoner, but that sux for someone his caliber.
Mosop around 2:04.42. Dipsht commentators not know if he beat course record, or was just shy. He was waving to crowd, which may've cost him. Hall in 5th and THEY DON'T GIVE A F'ING TIME.

The smartest letsrunner would know the time without having to look at a clock.
Moses 2:05:38. 2 and a half min higher than Boston.
I think it was mosop 2:05:3x

To the commentators: Umm... ever heard of Moses Kiptanui?
nothing wrong with Hall 2:08:02 - that is not a bad day. Not a great day, but ok.
Before he ran 2:04:x, this would have been encouraging...

HAH! Called them both...you're welcome!!

Yeah, only you could have called that.

Haha the interviewer just completely ignored him and moved on.
Not bad for Hall. Hopefully he'll be ready for the trials.
For now, assuming he wasn't ill, seems Hall shouldn't be self-coached. And yea, a race result is the best reason to conclude. By his normal racing standards, 2:08 on a super fast course, is maybe his worst career marathon effort.
awesome race for Shobukhova - alone in this heat around 2:19
ttc, I really miss all your old Withrow threads.

Moses could have run faster in Boston if they had pacers.
2:18:flat for Shobukhova, I hope it´s not been to much for her

2:18:17, 73 degrees.
It's also the most unevenly paced race I've seen Hall run. He might've been in shape to run 2:07 or so if the first half had been a bit slower.
