Another great data point for all those moms, dads, and coaches saying a 4:24 mile and 9:19 3200m can't land you a roster spot at a major D1 school.
8:26 3k junior year is about 9:05 3200 which indicates 8:5x 3200 senior year.
Obviously this site has a distance bias but does anyone have anything similar for sprints? Or do sprinters just commit later?

both. the site is very distance focused and sprinters do tend to commit later. You'll start seeing sprinters start to commit in larger numbers in november and december and into early 2026 for those that want to show off better times as a senior

I wonder if Caleb Winders is any relation to Titus & Silas Winders that ran at Southern Indiana & then Iowa State. I didn’t think they had a younger brother so perhaps a cousin?

Def not brothers. I know Caleb's dad (Curt) ran at Ball State back when they had men's XCTF, he also runs a timing company locally.
