Moraa led the pack at Pre in 56-low. Gill was 56.6.

That is super impressive. I've run a bit faster (40 years ago), but if I've had gone through in 55:00 flat they'd have had to get me off the track with a dustpan and broom at the 600m mark.

I'd say right now she could go 56 high, and 59, and run 1:55.xx
