Suspect arrested in connection to the University of Idaho murders

Interesting tweet about the suspect. What happened that caused this “visual snow”? Guy obviously had a severe mental issue prior to the murders. One post down has screen caps of the forum posts in question.

These types of symptoms are common on a vegan diet, due to lack of critical fat-soluble nutrients, fatty acids and protein.

There are plenty of other studies to corroborate if you are at all savvy to research such things. It is simple biological fact that the vegan diet is insufficient for most people across a wide variety of nutrients.

The difference between you and me is that I was vegan for many years, and I am familiar with what it can do to your health, both physical and mental. This guy had an extreme reaction, but just like when you mess with drugs or alcohol, everyone reacts differently, but everyone is affected.

My girlfriend basically said none of the evidence is strong and that she can see how there's a lot of reasonable doubt... I basically think that is ludicrous though and would hope any even moderately sane person could see from the affidavit alone the guy clearly did it... His car, his phone, his DNA, eye-witness description that matches... Stalking them prior to the murders, change in behavior after the event, wearing gloves and putting his trash in the neighbors' dumpsters at 4:00am, showing up at the house at 9:00am the next day before any news had broke, etc... Dude still deserves a fair trial, but again, I don't see how any sane person could have any doubt whatsoever he did this. It's one think for there to be one piece of evidence, but when a variety of different types of evidence all point very strongly, independently, at the same person, it's hard to argue with that.

For several of you who cannot read, the above is where some of you believed I was blaming bullying for this guy being a murderer. I am sure you would be embarrassed at your stupidity if it were not that your deficits in cognition are the very reason you’re incapable of discerning your error.

Back to the case.

Defendant was in court today. He waived his rights to a Speedy Trial. Preliminary Hearing will be June or July at the earliest.

Question: Does defendant have private attorneys? If defendant has Public Defenders, p.d.s just want to clear their current cases from the calendar. If defendant has private attorneys who want time to hire private investigators ... . If not, defendant is just rotting in county jail or whichever government detention center.

Thoughts?

Killer had a background in criminology. Understands the system. He probably committed the crime to see if he could loophole his way out of culpability for the sick thrill of it.

Kohberger was assigned a state public defender (Anne Taylor), and it looks like she has access to state-paid investigators.

Kohberger is going to be sitting in Latah county jail in Moscow for a long time (before eventually moving to Idaho state prison).

I read that he waived his right to a speedy trial to give attorneys more time to build a case....aka he's guilty and he knows it.

I suspect now that LE has both his car and everything from his apartment that they will get unequivocal proof he did it (victim DNA in his car and/or apartment, some form of written plan, etc), and he will either be forced to plea bargain, or the prosecutor's may not even accept such a thing, and he will be executed. I can tell you that all the locals want him terminated, and Idaho as a whole is very much on the side of the death penalty. I believe he will be executed, but it will take a long time.

It's rare that a defendant does not waive their right to a speedy trial. So, this doesn't really mean anything.

Even the probable cause affidavit is pretty strong, but there is very likely more evidence than what is revealed there. I seriously doubt this guy walks.
