Ondrasek is a great recruiter. My son sat down with him for 20 mins and he was hooked. Oklahoma was way down on the list before that meeting. Afterwards, it was top 5 and one of the official visits. Isn’t that what recruiting is all about? Selling the dream and getting you excited about running at your school? If he can do that at OU you bet he can do that at UT.

Why would he go from being in a higher paying and better position at Furman to taking a pay cut and lesser role at Samford?
Remember, Furman got that big endowment to the program, and their salaries are definitely much higher than their respective peers within the SOCON. That Samford distance role only pays 35-40K.

If UNC broke it up why go with Morgan,? Morgan has run the women’s program into the ground. At UVA. There is not an ounce of truth that Morgan is a good coach. Morgan has had a hard time recruiting just women, at UVA.
