Now we're supposed to believe a single hamas rocket levelled an entire hospital. Couldn't have been an airstrike by the country that has been indiscriminately bombing civilians all week long after cutting off water and electricity for millions!
I saw a video from CNN and it is clearly a friendly fire rocket from the Jihadi idiots. There is also no doubt that they took out some Hamas terrorists with their mistake. So they are helping Israel out. All of the Middle Eastern interviewees sound so unbelievably stupid. All they now how to say in their ridiculous accents is Israel lies, Israel lies. Palestinians are hated all over the Arab world because of the bad karma they bring with them. Nobody wants them, nobody.
I'm not interested in who is right or wrong in this whole saga - for me it's just beyond depressing that in the year 2023 this is still going on and humankind still behaves this way.
I thought about it this morning - when we are infants our lives are pretty guarded and protected to the outside world. But at some point the world begins to interest us and we start watching the news or reading a newspaper and I distinctly remember the first example of global conflict I ever came across/learned about was Israel v Palestine. That this sh-t is still going on almost 40 years later, with seemingly absolutely no progress being made on the issue or how it's dealt with is about as big an indictment on the human species as possible.
And what makes it even worse is that all of this irreparable and tangled mess wasn't even created and initiated by Jewish or Arabic people, Israelites or Palestinians and yet here we are. How utterly f---ing ridiculous.

It looks like this missile caused a huge fire, which is what caused so many casualties, but did not level the building. A rocket launched nearby would be carrying a lot of fuel and would create a big fireball if it hit. Hamas shelled Haifa with its R160 rockets today. That is a long(er) range missile as Haifa is about 200 mi from Gaza.
Would IDF target a civilian hospital if they thought Hamas was using it to launch rockets or store weapons or shelter fighters, command centers, etc.? Absolutely. But if they did, they would make sure no one survived and take the building down to the ground.

Proportionality doesn’t mean “like for like” or tit for tat. The elected political body of Gaza invaded Israel and targeted civilians killing 1440+ of them. They took over 100 people hostage and committed atrocities that no one should have to endure. The proportional response is ending the ability of Hamas to do that again.
