A CFP® professional has an ethical obligation to act in your best interest when she provides financial planning advice. Your planner will use her experience and judgment to carefully consider your situation, and then give you advice that best meets your goals.
No ethical financial planner would ever offer advice to an individual without first gathering appropriate and meaningful background information about the client. If you encounter someone who offers recommendations for a stock, or other financial products, run away.

I think what he is saying is that he takes a percentage of his clients' assets. This is not uncommon, though it is rife with the potential for abuse.

Hope it works out for you, but I doubt it over the intermediate term. Flip a coin over the next week or month. Still a very cyclical business (advertising dependent), increasing regulatory scrutiny and momo stock of this era.

i actually sold a third of my holding at $163. so i was hedging my bets.
My suspicion is that i will have opportunities to buy those shares back in the coming weeks if i choose to.
