head coaches do not rather hire someone they know or a buddy suggestion.
It is what it is, nothing we can do about it. Good ol boy system will always win out.

No idea who they are but prob because that’s what all the legit teams do… and many that don’t officially do it still have different people coaching.

ucla staff seems to be almost complete.
currently lists throws and distance as retained, nick newman jumps, and a pole vault coach who was an athlete at UCLA 2 seasons ago. now the question is who helps her with sprints or does she hire a D. Ops who can also assist her?

Again, see above...this stuff happens EVERY FREAKING YEAR 🤦🏽. Athletes still have been training all summer, incomplete staffs have plans in place and other teams have their coaches(s)- some people just know how to keep their mouths shut!
