Ok...let me try to be as clear as I possibly can. I'm sure a Trumper or two will still try to declare victory even when the sh!t hits the fan, but I am trying to be as clear as I can.
1) IF conspiracy with Russia is proven either with Trump directly OR any of his campaign staff, then I was RIGHT about the 2016 election, for cheaters can not win, and I said that even before the election.
2) IF Trump resigns or is removed from office due (regardless of whether he is pardoned) to obstruction of justice, money laundering, conspiracy of any kind (bank fraud, wire fraud, with Russians or any perhaps unknown reasons that Mueller finds), then I was right about Trump and his presidency.
We have to keep the main points in view here:
A) Trumpers have said this is all a hoax and that Trump is not guilty of anything and that all of this is a con on the American people to remove a President just because he is anti-establishment.
B) I have said that Trump is criminal and that he will pay (loss of office, loss of money, and/or loss of freedom) due to his criminality.
Given those two very different views, it should be clear who will be right. Psst...it will be me.
You've omitted the most likely scenario: Trump is proven to be a criminal but will only be held accountable if Democrats manage to make significant gains in 2018. I still don't understand why you believe Republicans will be forced to vote him out rather than circle the wagons. There's really not much evidence that they possess the capacity for shame anymore. Whatever Mueller comes forward with, it will be cast as partisan, Deep State lies. They'll all play along.
Let's look at the final sentence of my frequent sign off - The clown is done.
I believe the information coming out of the investigations will be so bad and CLEAR, that he will have to resign or that he will be impeached and convicted, regardless of who has the majority in the Senate (Democrats will take over the House).
Money laundering and Obstruction of Justice WILL be proven. Conspiracy to commit bank and wire fraud with Michael Cohen WILL be proven. Those are crimes that potentially bring jail terms. I don't see how the Senate as a whole (there will be some who will) can defend that. I have also said that I believe collusion (Conspiracy) with Russia to tilt the election in his favor will be proven at least for his campaign, but I believe there is a good chance Trump is named personally there too.
These charges could stick from Mueller, the DNC, or the Southern District of New York or anyone else who might file a lawsuit against Trump et al. I believe he is SO criminal that he will not get through this unscathed. He will lose his office at a minimum.
