What do you all think? 12-13:00 pace or so? Tough to tell. The video is from so far away.
19 to 16 minute place --- for whoever it was.

That conveniently do not face the camera.
Sandy Vi started her run ~one hour after Mimi. Sandy stopped at 5:30 PM Garmin time. ... In Steamboat Springs which has marvellous brewpubs! An excellent stopping point. But the run will be about 50 miles.
Mimi continues to shuffle along. It is nearly 8:00 PM Kansas Time. The sun slept an hour ago. The roads are dark. She has covered 55 miles and is driven to continue; Frank Giannino's #2 all-time crossing of 46 days, 8 hours, and 36 is within reach!
Ah, Sandy has started running again 30 minutes break.
Mimi's afternoon run is up:

Actually, no. This was posted by the RV driver an hour ago. (P.S. yes that's the same RV Pete used, and yes, I told them not to take the skin off... since it was my RV and wanted a souvenir.)
Today and tonight are a HUGE No Matter What! What started as heavy rain, thunder and lightning quickly turned into a blizzard. Literally huge amounts of snow dumping on us and the word that Rabbit Ears Pass was expected to get 8-10 inches overnight making it virtually impossible to drive over tomorrow let alone run over. After a consultation with our coach Dave Krupski and Pete Kostelnick our advisor it was decided that if were going to move forward with our efforts we would have to suck it up and get over the pass tonight. This meant a 70 plus mile day in the worse cold conditions you can imagine.
Than while I was buying waterproof gloves, a new wind and waterproof jacket for Sandra VI and wool socks for the entire crew the guy working #Twisted Trails Running Store said he had got word that the new forecast is for 24 inches of freaking SNOW! So we are literally trekking over a 10,000 foot pass in a blizzard in the dark! Thankfully we have excellent safety gear, the roads are well plowed and not icy and my friend June Keogh Uhlig has joined us for a few days so we have 2 support cars and 3 people out there. Someone will run with her the entire night and I will have the Mothership ready on the other side for hot showers and soup!
I made a lentil and turmeric soup for them on the road plus a thermos of HOT black coffee!
Please follow Sandy tonight and send her your warm thoughts!
Now the mother of crew member Jenny is piping up. More lies about the follower being arrested when we know he wasn't. IF he ever existed.
If he was from here he would have posted.
Karon Davis
The fact that the crew felt compelled to call the police about the guy ( and trust me, my daughter is not someone who would sensationalise anything, nor panic ) and the fact that the police when they arrived, did not just listen to both sides and tell everyone to play nicely, but arrested_the_guy, should prove to you that this was not someone merely interested in following their progress. Why didn't he just run along with Mimi ?

She did stop at 5:30 PM. She restarted and is still running!!! There was a loop run that includes a Ski Haus business (6:33 PM). She is around 50 miles for the day, which is very good considering the stopping for the weather, ski bunnywear, and hot drinks. I hope she has some ski-type googles, ... and that she isn't stuck in Steamboat Springs until the weather clears.

No, Tim will never answer your questions. Just the usual wailing that you must be a fake profile. That's all that clique come out with.
Ask an awkward question or unearth anything dodgy and they just accuse you of being fake.
They don't even understand how facebook works. You can hide your friends list and all posts, yet if you do, you are just declared a fake.
Who are they to know YOU are fake?
Laz has no profile photo too!
Plus Laz is using a fake name! I don't see the Brit fanboys calling out Laz for this, yet are all over anyone outing the Mimi (fake name) sketchy goings on

Ugh, there is no arrest record for such an event in the town Mimi called the authorities. ... A mom will believe what a mom will believe ... their angels never lie.

The way I read that post she's putting in another 20 miles to get over Rabbit Ears Pass before the storm stops them.

Or 35 more miles!

Wow!!! She is going to run well into the night. I find her and give her my high-power LED headlamp, and a gallon of hot coffee (double strength) if I was there. ... I think her team already procured those. Her team seems ready to take on any obstacle and conquer it.
So, for any of you planning a long trek, pay attention to how hard it is plan, and be ready to adapt to ever changing conditions. The logistics are complicated.
Good grief, she has ANOTHER page.
She really does love herself

That would put her at 85 miles for the three runs of the day.
Arrested for driving while on a sunny day? Arrested for looking out the window? Can't wait to see the moment of arrest, handcuffs and confession "Yes officer, I am a forum poster on Lets Run, guilty as charged!!!" play out in detail on the Marvellous Mimi Documentary - surely that dramatic scene will be featured. ::cough::
I hope she stays safe. This seems like a questionable decision.

S: "Am I done for the day?"
Crew: "No, go run a marathon. In a blizzard."
S: "OK!"
