Andy already said back earlier in this epic of a thread that being called Andy Persson works against him - and as some knuckle-dragger tried impersonate him before Andy had registered his name of the forum, he then chose arealpersson. Andy is real - he has shown us his Strava data and he's easily searchable on social media.
I'm really relieved to see RY seems to be sticking to his own 'rules' from now on, but given the whitewashing and manipulation of his past on his website and book, I'm remaining extremely sceptical that he genuinely completed the first half of this attempt 'clean'. And no, I don't think we'll ever see that data, because he knows he can't produce it.

The took a rather circuitous detour in Vandalia (perhaps out of traffic concerns) which may have added a couple of additional miles to the travelog without getting them closer to Indianapolis (which is still ~165 miles off)

According to the map he's running on I-70? I sincerely hope he doesn't intend to do that through downtown Indy....what a mess.

The route they took goes by McDonalds and a few other fast food joints at 8th and Veterans Ave. Just guessing that had something to do with it.

If you watch his running, you'll see that the pre-planned route is just that, a planned route. What he does typically is take side-roads that run parallel to that main route. So there's a very good chance he won't be on I-70, but simply using that as his direction.

True. Unbelievable some of the stuff that gets put on here. It's been quite an education. And let's hope none of those ultra-bashers are marathon or half runners because the 100m runners sure aren't going to be impressed at the pace they plod around at. Beggars belief.
