When that other scumbag Bad Wigins was around (he thankfully disappeared), he used to pretend these constant murderous Russian attacks on Ukrainian civilians were all false flags/staged events by Ukraine/CIA/FBI/Biden/Soros/Dems/blah blah/etc.
How about it MAG@s? Did Biden fake this attack on children to gather sympathy for Ukrainians? Or maybe just admit in your diseased hearts and minds that Russians enjoy killing Ukrainian children. Yep. Exactly. Russia always seems to to do these things when their military objectives are not going so well, so they take it out on civilians by bombing hospitals and schools and killing children.
Russia's Kharkiv offensive sputtered to a halt. Ukraine has been winning back territory they lost there recently and is seriously disrupting Russian supply lines and destroying ammunition depots within Russia.

Also, the Zhulyany airport (that was hit by an X-101 or like) is/was an easy target and quite unlikely to be missed.
On the other side, why nobody cries for children killed at the Sevastopol beach by the ATACMS missile (with a forbidden cassette warhead) a couple of weeks ago? Also this night, a hospital in Belgorod was hit by a Ukrainian drone. It is called "diode" media: either good news or nothing about those who are supported.

There is video footage that captured the incoming missile and analysts have identified it as a Russian kh-101 air launched cruise missile.

Valiant attempt, Boris. You are much braver than the two diseased twits above. But note that your fake excuse for Russia's bombing of a childrens' hospital is not quite the same as the fake excuse those two were trying to suggest (but couldn’t quite bring themselves to say). They are claiming this was a "false-flag" operation by Ukraine where the Ukraine (or the CIA, FBI, Deep State, blah, blah, blah) deliberately bombed its own childrens' hospital in Kyiv and killed its own citizens to bolster their arguments for more weapons from NATO. You, on the other hand, seem to suggest it was Ukrainian incompetence resulting in a misfired defensive missile, which is quite a bit different.
Here's a video of the Russian missile attack on Kyiv. There are many such videos available. You can geo-locate the bombed childrens' hospital (Okhmatdyt) from that large green-windowed office building. The missile that hit the hospital sure doesn’t look like a misfired Norwegian defense missile or the remnants of such a missile falling back to earth. Looks a LOT more like one of the many other Russian missiles that were fired and exploded on Ukrainians citizens in Kyiv that same day.

The tactical objective of these strikes on civilian populations is to force Ukraine to make the choice of deploying their limited supply of air defense systems to protect civilian population centers rather than closer to the front where they can disrupt attacks on Ukrainian troops.
What the Russians are doing is both tactically sound and in apparent violation of the Geneva convention.
The message to Ukraine's western supporters is that Ukraine really needs more air defense systems so they don't have to make the impossible choice about where to prioritize coverage. Of course the air defense issue has been apparent for the last half year or more.
