No. Comey said that Hillary had committed a crime but that he would not prosecute because there was no intention to commit a crime, even though the law explicitly states that no intention is needed for a crime to be committed. Comey rewrote the law at the podium to avoid indicting Hillary.
Double standards.
There you go again lying. You have a problem with details and legal nuances yet you classify legal and complex matters with very conviction, like a true Trumper. This is Comey, you know, the guy who carried Trump across the finish line first. If there was something prosecutable, he would have found it. I'll agree with you on something though, Hillary is shady. But this is a country of laws and her actions need to be prosecutable with evidence if you want to call her criminal. If they find evidence on Trump because of sloppiness or tendency to make too many enemies, then you should feel relieved to have such a moron removed from office. If you maintain he's a genius then you've got nothing to worry about.
"In a highly unusual public statement Tuesday morning, FBI director James Comey said Hillary Clinton and her aides may have violated the law in using a private email server when she was Secretary of State, but that their actions didn’t warrant criminal charges. In its year-long investigation of how government secrets got onto the server, Comey said, the FBI found “evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information,” but he said, “we are expressing to [the] Justice [department] our view that no charges are appropriate in this case.”
also....
“In looking back at our investigations into mishandling or removal of classified information, we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts,” Comey said.

I'm sure that's the way it looks to you, and you can not be convinced to see it any other way. The left provides all the spin necessary to maintain the illusion that Democrats NEVER do anything wrong and that Republicans are always guilty. Doesn't that ever seem improbable to you? That should make you question your news sources.
