1) Trump did not declassify any of those documents.
2) The President actually can NOT declassify many kinds of documents including nuclear weapons documents.
3) There is a process that has to be gone through to declassify documents, and everyone who would know if that happened has said he absolutely did NOT do that. Of COURSE he didn't. He's not a guy who adheres to rules and processes.
4) Those documents were NOT his to take.
5) The DOJ treated him with kid gloves initially. They asked for them back, they had discussions with him and his lawyers about getting the documents back. When they did get some back, he lied that he returned everything. He then ignore TWO separate subpoenas. Sorry, you absolute dumbf*ck, NO government official has EVER don't anything remotely as bad as Trump has done...and that's just going by what we KNOW he has done. It is still very possible there is more info to come that is even worse.
You are a f*cking moron to support this criminal behavior.
You’ve literally been doing this stupid BS for 6+ years now.
And DJT is doing just fine. Golfing. Enjoying himself.
Not true. Donald Trump has always been a POS. I found that out for certain by about 2018 after he had been in office for a couple of years. I knew then that he was a serial liar, a criminal, and a very very sinful man who had hoodwinked the religious right. BUT, I never in a million years at that point thought that he would try to overturn a fair election or that he would steal (36 boxes if I have my count right -- 15 returned initially and then 21 more) of classified and top secret material. He has hit a new level of bad, a new level of danger to our country. At this point, I do not think there is ANYTHING he won't do to save himself from prison or even from massive financial penalties. He is very dangerous and needs to be put in prison. I do hope (and kind of expect that they are) that the FBI is monitoring his every move, his every discussion. He is a clear danger to our national security. I don't believe he will ever win election again, and I don't believe that anything he tries to do to take power will work, BUT, the fact that he had those secrets in his possession is really not good. He would sell to the highest bidder if possible, OR threaten to GIVE the secrets away in order to stay out of prison or even just to get back at the US government which he believes is being unfair to him. There are SOOOOO many things he might do or attempt to do to get back at whomever and whatever he can...and none of them are good.
He has ramped up the needed attention on him. If you do not see how dangerous he is, then you are an idiot.
Hey moron, no other President/former President has ever stolen top secret and classified documents from the US Government before. And then, he didn't just steal them, he returned some and lied about not having any more. Then he and his lawyers engaged in talks that went nowhere to get the rest back, and he ignored TWO subpoenas.
He can't do that. It's not his sh!t. Nothing like that has ever happened before, so it is impossible for it to have been ignored in the past.
Your brain doesn't work like the brains of smart people. Idiot.
What happened to the 10,000 files that were destroyed from the archives by Obama?
You mean total fiction? The National Archives has already debunked that noise, you f*cking idiot.
If it WERE true (it's not), then YOU should make sure that he is held accountable. Go hire a lawyer and have at it. We're not talking about Obama here. We're talking about the crimes that TRUMP committed. NOTHING that any US President has done compares to what Trump has done here, not even stuff Nixon did.
Baloney, you were all obsessed about Trump in 2016. That has been a major theme of yours for seven years.
I thought he was a bad person in 2016. I did not want him to be President mostly due to his racist comments. I had NO IDEA he was this criminal at that point. I still had hopes after he was elected that he WOULD surround himself with the "best people" and that he would take their advice and things would be ok. Well, that didn't happen.
This is why I have long said that if you voted for Trump in 2016, I give you a pass on being an idiot. By the 2020 election, it was clear that Trump was the most corrupt person ever to hold that office, and then the Jan. 6 crap and now the stealing of all these top secret and classified documents, followed by NOT RETURNING THEM DESPITE TWO SEPARATE SUBPOENAS, have made it clear that he is unbelievably criminal and dangerous, and you and others who continue to support him are f*cking morons. I asked you before to tell me how you can possibly defend Trump for STEALING all those documents that belong to the US government, and unless I missed it (I might have), you haven't responded. There is NO defense for what he has done. Had you or I done that, we would be in prison right now, unless a judge gave us bail. You are a bad person to be supporting this behavior...and a f*cking moron.
I believe you are referring to the classified information found on Hillary Clinton's email server. The FBI didn't "completely Ignore" that. They investigated it. Remember? Just the announcement that the FBI were investigating it probably cost Clinton the election. THE DOJ didn't ignore it either. They both looked at and found all kind of adverse things regarding Clinton, but decided prosecution wasn't worth it because she cooperated and none of it appeared a deliberate attempt to harm the country. Both the FBI and the DOJ could have re-opened any investigation they wanted over the last 6 years, by the way. Sessions, Barr, McCabe, Wray, any of them could have continued the Clinton investigation. They chose not to.
Trump hasn't been charged. A search warrant was issued for his compound to seize documents that he refused to return to the custody of the US government. It's not too late for Trump to escape prosecution on this. Get a few decent lawyers and do some mea culpas and shut up about the whole thing, and I'm sure a confidential deal can be worked out where Trump skates. Is he capable of that? Probably not. He lives for conflict and drama, and the high he gets when his fans start jumping up and down. That's how Trump has to get his high, because he doesn't drink booze. Which always seemed kind of poncey to me. I don't trust people who don't drink. Like, what's wrong with them? That's what I ask whenever I see some muff drinking a NA beer. I point and say to the bar in general "whitdafock is with this guy, eh?"
The issue for the DOJ is whether Trump broke the law and in particular the criminal law. If the evidence convincingly says he did he cannot escape prosecution: the DOJ will be required to bring charges. For the DOJ to do otherwise would be in breach of its statutory role. Any "mea culpas" he might make cannot avoid that; they are effectively an admission of guilt. The only advantage for him would be towards a possible reduction in penalty. But we are left then with a former POTUS with a criminal conviction.
Your penchant for posting flawed legal analysis continues. Even with clear evidence of a crime, the DOJ has prosecutorial discretion in whether to bring charges at all. I'm not aware of any charges that the DOJ is "required" to prosecute and failing to charge someone is not a breach of any statutory role. For example, Hillary Clinton was not charged for having classified information on her private computer network. That is illegal, and she was the beneficiary of prosecutorial discretion and having a high political profile. Donald Trump has undoubtedly benefitted from the same in previous instances.
My point was that if Trump changed his tone, he may still be the beneficiary of some prosecutorial discretion in whether, when, and how he is charged, and what penalty he may receive. He may still never be charged at all because of the prosecutor's discretion, but he is making it more likely that he will by being unable to control his prickish obsessive tendencies. You're sympathetic with that, aren't you?
You think Trump had the launch codes in a shoe box under his bed in Mar a Lago and I'm the moron? LOL!!!
How simple is your brain? There are TONS of nuclear weapon secrets that don't involve launch codes, you f*cking moron. These documents included information about our nuclear weapons systems...they were marked as classified and top secret. Launch codes can (and are) be changed. It doesn't even REALLY matter what the documents were...what they were just increases the level of urgency to get them back, but NONE of it belonged to him. He STOLE those things.
Yes, YOU are the moron...a huge f*cking moron who continues to prove it with each post you make. Obviously most here agree with me as your stuff gets overwhelmingly down voted....because you are stupid and out of your f*cking mind.
Amusing how much you low IQ types struggle with hyperbole.
Anyone who wasn't in a coma and has an IQ over 85 knows that the DoJ won't bring charges if it doesn't want to. With Clinton it didn't want to. With Trump it's been hunting and fabricating reasons for 6 years.
Anyone who denies this is being dishonest.
Won't bring charges if it doesn't "want to?" Nope. It doesn't bring charges either if it determines a crime hasn't been committed or that there isn't enough evidence to get a conviction. You are such a victim. That's how your f*cking dumb@ss Trumpers are...victims. The idea that you are all tough and self-reliant is such crap. Quit being a victim, you big baby.
Trump has been slippery, and when he was President, he was protected by the DOJ opinion that a sitting President can't be indicted and then by a Republican Senate. Those protections are now gone.
The biggest mistake Trump ever made was to run for President. That put a spotlight on him and and his criminality. He could have continued being a relatively low-level criminal in NY for the rest of his life more than likely.
BUT, since he put that spotlight on himself (and yes, he was famous before, but there is NO spotlight greater than the one on a US President), he lost his Trump Foundation, he had to pay $25 million to Trump University students who were defrauded, and the University shut down, and several investigations into him and his Trump Organization have occurred. He's just too stupid to understand that he couldn't have taken his criminality beyond his little real estate company (and yes, he wasn't even a big player in NYC) to the big time of being a US President.
The Jan. 6 crap he did and now the stealing of those documents will be his complete undoing. Teflon Don (John Gotti) wasn't caught until he was either. Trump should have stopped committing crimes. He didn't.
Oh, and in case you didn't know, you are a window-licking f*cking moron.
You are laughably naive about the DoJ.
It amuses me to no end that you're rage crying through every post you make.

To the contrary, the fact that Trump has not been charged with anything over the last six years shows the significant weight that being president and later a former president has in deciding whether to prosecute. Jesus Christ, Trump pled the Fifth in a tax fraud case (in which his CEO pled guilty) and still has not been charged. He practically admits to illegally possessing classified TS/SCI documents in his baffroom, and still has not been charged. No one is hunting for anything - the guy gives law enforcement the finger and tells them to bring it on. LE declines to do so, for reasons clear to everyone but you and a few of your fellow hysterics.

WTF is wrong with you?
I lived in NYC in the 70's. Back then Trump was considered a big joke in the city and the king of bad taste. If someone had said that he would become the US president they would have laughed in your face.

he literally tried to strongarm election officials in more than one state to throw the election to him.
If we don't indict people for that we are indeed a banana republic.
But more than that, to your point, just by not being indicted yet despite multiple crimes (remember, he's an unindicted co-conspirator in the Stormy Daniels affair, and he was accused of obstruction of justice by the Mueller people), we can see the immense deference given to trump by law enforcement. Instead of him being targeted, he's had immense favors done for him.
The article makes some excellent points, Carmine. Trump has done more for Jews than the last 10 presidents combined. You would have to go back to Harry Solomon Truman to find a better president for Jews. Trump has certainly done things for the Jews, as the article points out, that would make him the leading contender for being the possible Jewish Messiah.
But there are still some questions. Trump was born in 1946, yet his Messianic characteristics only emerged in roughly 2015? That's questionable. Trump also worships J. Christ as his Savior and Messiah. As you know, Jews believe J. Christ was the most damaging false Messiah of all time. So could the real Messiah worship an obvious fake one? Again, very questionable. In fact, downright weird, if true. Finally, I believe Trump has never been associated with any Third Temple construction projects, which seems very un-Messiah-like.

Why don't you paraphrase the relevant point or points? I have better things to do with my time than sorting through your slanted reading list. And a string of emojis will not suffice, for that matter.
