Lol - yes, he should have been taken out before his world record with his ridiculo Hb of 20.3 and off-score of 148, but for some reason, they let the show go on for quite a while.
Then he'd never become famous in the first place, but the passport is so ridiculo weak, and IAAF so slow to act. We are talking here from October 2018 to November 2019!
