He was released because the NFL is first and foremost a way for extremely rich men to make even more money and actually seem relevent. What attention would Robert Kraft get as a shaving entrepeneur visiting "nail salons"? Who would even know who Jerry Jones is if not for the NFL? Even the coach (Belichik) bristled when all the press conference questions were about Brown and not his coaching billiance. I know I am exaggerating 'some' to make a point, but attention-getting players have always been shunned. "The locker room" is a smoke screen when guys like Richie Incognito (sp?) and other bad people outside the field get job after job. There are a few family owned less-narcisscissic owners but they are few and far between.

Antonio Brown, with his past crazy year and latest allegations including farting in a doctor's face...... is a stain for the current NFL which steals their attention and more inportantly, their money. Like Kaepernick, who had his whole narrative changed by an extreme narcissist moran and lapped up by the mindless minions, Brown is a threat to the $ and attention status quo. Brown is one of, if not the best receiver in the NFL yet has possibly seen his last game.

The point is not how they got rich but their need for attention and additional $/power, thus why they will keep someone like Kaepernick or Brown out of their limelight and wallets.

Dude, Antonio Brown is the reason Antonio Brown is out of work, Colin Kaepernick is the reason Colin Kaepernick is out of work.

Reports this morning suggest AB was cut at Kraft’s insistence, and that neither Belichick or Brady were happy about the move.

There are also reports that a few teams are interested but waiting for the NFL investigation to clear things up before acting.
