I haven't followed this thread since a couple days after the news broke. At this point can we all agree that Adam Schefter was full of crap?

10:30 AM PT -- Prosecutors admitted during the hearing that despite their initial thoughts ... they have NO evidence of human trafficking at the Orchids of Asia spa. They also said there is no longer an ongoing investigation for any such evidence.

Kraft's attorneys have long argued cops knew all along there was no evidence of human trafficking.

The hearing is getting heated ... with Kraft's team insisting prosecutors are holding the threat of releasing the surveillance videos "like a sword" over Kraft's head ... in order to force him into taking a plea deal.

On a side note, after Tiger won the masters he was asked how he was going to celebrate his victory, to which he replied, "Well the massage parlor in my neighborhood got shut down, so I guess that's off the table".

Kraft filed a request for prosecutors to hand over all evidence about the "number of individuals who were recorded on video in the massage rooms while receiving lawful massages or were not charged."

Kraft's legal team also seems to think prosecutors are lowballing the number of people recorded getting legit massages. They're now demanding the state reveal how many people were recorded but "were not charged."

Florida prosecutors say they WILL release pixelated video of Robert Kraft and other men inside the Orchids of Asia Day Spa where they allegedly received illegal sexual services ... but Kraft has filed an emergency motion to block the release.

The Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County has filed new court docs saying he is obligated to release the footage shot inside the Day Spa to the media as a matter of law.

So, what does it all mean? The case will go in front of a judge TODAY at 11:30 AM PT -- and the judge could rule from the bench immediately.

Temporary victory for Robert Kraft ...

Florida 15th Judicial Circuit Court Joseph Marx has BLOCKED the release of the Kraft video -- for now -- kicking the matter down the road. A hearing has been set for later this month.

Robert Kraft is fighting Florida prosecutors after they announced an intention to release video featuring the New England Patriots owner receiving sexual services, but the footage is already being shopped to multiple media outlets.

The Blast was recently contacted by a party who claimed to have obtained portions of the actual video taken of Kraft from Orchids of Asia Day Spa & Massage Parlor in Jupiter, FL.

Representatives of our news operation viewed the footage, and upon watching, can verify the tape appears to show Kraft in the massage parlor with another person, presumably the massage therapist.

The judge had big problems with the search warrant that was issued, allowing police to plant cameras and secretly record Kraft and others inside the spa. The judge said police didn't minimize their recordings -- meaning they didn't do enough to protect people who were inside the spa getting perfectly legal massages.

The judge also said the police didn't do enough to minimize the impact of recording female customers inside the spa.

Detectives who testified in recent weeks said their only direction while monitoring the cameras was to "look for illegal activity." The judge said that's not nearly specific enough ... they needed to have written guidelines as to when to turn the cameras on and off.

In his ruling, the judge said, "The fact that some totally innocent women and men had their entire lawful time spent in a massage room fully recorded and viewed intermittently by a detective-monitor is unacceptable."

The bottom line for Kraft is ... the video can't be used as evidence in his prostitution case. Also, the traffic stop police made as Kraft left the spa has also been tossed from the case.

Why do you presume that this man is a pedophile because he financially supports and devoted time to Boys and Girls Club board of Directors? He also supports Johns Island Foundation, Hospice Care and many other organizations. Does this mean there is some negative twist to these engagements as well? He gave back to his community and deserves to be presumed innocent. You should be ashamed of yourself. The lives of many innocent men were destroyed because of comments and assumptions like yours.

He is a whore monger. Look into the Michelle Robinson case -- and now this. He used his support of B&G Club to get his son Josh installed as president of the B+G Club of Boston. These "philanthropists" use their donations for public relations reason (see how you buy into it) -- the original reason philanthropy was conjured up -- but also to control the agenda of the groups they donate to. Cross the Krafts in any way, they will pull the donations they and their rich friends make.
