I’ve read the memo. His memo did not provide evidence that the dossier was instrumental in obtaining the FISA warrant, he just makes personal assertions regarding its importance, no?
The memo doesn't say anything really.
Here's the kicker: the memo doesn't actually accuse anyone of breaking any laws. Not the FBI, not the judges, not Steele.

You'd have to produce the FISA in order to provide support for your answer. Nunes himself admitted he did not read the FISA warrant prior to reading the memo.
