Dallas Cowboys Best Team in the NFL?

That blows my mind. I've heard people on talk radio all week reacting to it. Peter King was on the Dan Patrick show outraged that Eagles fans are actually upset about what sports team a New Jersey guy likes. I would be curious to see if any republicans will choose not to vote for him. I just think some people need to take a step back, pump the brakes, and remember it is just a game for entertainment.

QB comebacks *since he came in the league* is a bit misleading statistic for Romo, since he sat on the bench for years and QBs like Manning have been active starters in the league much longer.

Since 2006, I'm pretty sure Romo is #1 in comebacks. The number earlier this season was something like 27. It might be more now.

I looked it up here.

Romo has 27 game winning drives. Peyton Manning has 53, but only 27 since 2006, so they are tied. In 4th quarter comebacks, Romo has 23 and Manning has 22 since 2006.

I'm not saying Romo is better than Peyton or that he is even on Peyton Manning's level. He's a solid top 10 QB.

He is a lot better than Joe Flacco (highest paid QB) and Eli Manning, who have three Superbowls between them.

I rate QB's on the sight test of "Would I rather have the quarterback being talked about (Romo in this case) ahead of the QB starting for the team that I support?"

Only fans of the other teams responses should be considered. Clouding the discussion would be Cowboy's fans posing as fans of other teams.

I'll start. All past off the field problems aside I would much rather have Roethlisberger than Romo as the Steelers starting QB.

As for me, despite everything I've said, I would much rather have Romo than Sanchez.

Of course Steelers fans would say that. I'm going to guess any fan of a team with a top 10 qb will take their qb over other similar level qb's. In your example, I bet all Steelers fans would take Ben, and all Ravens fans would take Flacco.

3rd loss in a row for the Eagles and the division will go to the Cowboys. Only thing left to decide is seeding in the NFC.

Dallas is as hot as any team in the NFC and that's all you can ask going into the playoffs.

Colts didn't give a crap, and TY Hilton was out. They already have their division locked up and they had basically zero chance of moving up since they were a game back from the Pats and Broncos and lost to them both. They can literally just put it on cruise control to the playoffs.

Cowboys - undefeated in December this year.

I can't believe it.

And they can rest their starters next week because a win doesn't help them with anything (unless the Packers and Lions tie which would give them a no. 1 seed).

Whether the Cowboys win or lose next week, they get a bye and no. 2 seed if both the Seahawks lose to the Rams and the Cardinals lose to the 49ers.

Otherwise, they have the no. 3 seed locked up.

Oh the Eagles. How far they have fallen.

And how poetic that they got knocked out the playoffs because DeSean Jackson had two 50 yard catches for the Redskins that lead to two TD drives in a 3 point Eagles loss.

5 turnovers, fake punts, left Luck in 3 quarters even though game was out of reach at half....nope, they didnt care at all.

Dallas is looking really good. Of course, Seattle is going to beat them 34-10 in the NFC Championship game.
