Which is why I only follow Jesus's Golden Rule, everything else was made-up afterwards. Jesus never mentioned having a bible, or a long conflict between Protestants and Catholics in Ireland. If you want to be allowed the freedom to marry whom you want, then you must allow others to do the same. If you want to be able to be able to make end-of-life decisions for your life partner, then you must allow others the same freedom—it's that simple. No other passage in the bible matters. For this is Jesus' message. It is Christianity, plain and simple. Anything else is just man-made and selfish.

Of course it is found within other religions and cultures, but I'm Christian, and my Lord said it the most important thing to practice, so I do. I never said he invented it, he ACCENTUATED it. Anything else doesn't matter in the Bible, churches don't matter. Just his words. Ridding myself of beliefs that make me hypocritical and tyrannical are what he wants of me, not wage a campaign of bigotry toward minority groups, just because they are in the minority, and because I grabbed a few passages from the bible to support my bigotry and superior attitudes.
