U.S. Recon Marine/Navy SEAL vs. UFC Fighter: Who Wins?

I have no hate for the military fellas either.

I like the gym athletes and think they are awesome at controlled stunt work. It's fun to watch the shows and antics with my kids.

The military is the best training ground for hand to hand fighting and killing with bare hands. Fighters, planes, cruise missiles, drones, bombers are pitter pattern weapons that takes it's toll. Soldiers finish the job with close in work, killing the enemy with small weapons, bayonets, and hand to hand.

Often times hand to hand combat is necessary. Many terrorist units specialize in extreme techniques and train for decades. The Pentagon trains U.S. soldiers to meet these terrorists. U.S. soldiers are the best hand to hand killers by far.

If the UFC fighter knocks out or chokes out the Seal, it would be very easy to kill them.

I remember when that special forces close combat instructor got tooled by the retired mma fighter on pros vs. joes. So much for the military being elite.

The professional fighter would have a huge advantage hands down. It's not like the seals kill people every day, if ever with their bare hands.

Common MMA chokes will render you unconcious, and even kill. Basic joint locks will break bones if pressure is not released.

I would put a well trained military guy on equal terms with a MMA fighter with very limited experience, but no way they would even come close to beating the top guys. No way..

The stunts actor would get killed by the SF guy every time. No contest.

The SEALs/Marines don't choke, hold, or consider sportsmanship, lawsuits, rules. They can kill the enemy with their bare hands at any time. Granted, the Hollywood fellas are great studs with time to bulk and shoot up junk. But the metronome they use to synchronize action sequences is so effing phony.

We aren't talking about stunt men, we are talking about trained Mixed Martial Arts Fighters. Yes, a Special Forces guy would beat up a stunt man, but the top MMA fighters would destroy the SF guy.

There is the proof that a Navy Seal or a SF guy would lose to a top UFC fighter, or in some cases, even an average one.

I always wonder why people just don't man up and join the U.S. Army and go fight like they are duty bound to do. The Army weeds out the phony tough. I've see so many Football players, martial artists, cops, firefighters, security guards, etc. wash out of training. How can people live for days, weeks, months, years, when everyone knows that they are a coward who didn't fight when they were called upon. Then they come here and try to compensate for it by insulting the American Fighting Man.

So what. The stunt producers write the script against the military vets. They write scripts to beat boxers, sumo wrestlers, football players too. It's make believe guys. Get over it. Why don't you just go in the service like we all did. Stop the pussy talk. Go see your recruiter on monday damn it.

Those guys are ex-military. The Pentagon does not allow active duty personnel to participate in plays and stage productions.

The records show that Recon/Seal regularly face the superbly trained militants of the Taliban, Kutz Force, Al Quaeda in Iraq, and kill them or are killed by them, in hand to hand and close quarters combat. You have to respect the enemy even though they are misguided foes. Hezbollah, Hamas, and the previously mentioned enemy units train for many years in the martial arts and wrestling. They are awesome soldiers with weapons and hand to hand. My estimation is that any one of the aforementioned U.S. or militant units would slap silly and instantly kill most WWE/MMA/UFC athletes. I imagine a few U.S./militants would lose, but honestly, not that many.

A grunt is trained to kill and that is just what he will do in a fight. MMA are gueers touching each other.

You really just made yourself look like a moron. We are not talking about WWE entertainers. We are talking about athletes who train each and every day to become better hand to hand combatants. Navy seals are extremely fit and have to run long distances, do you think any of them can take on professional runners? No, that's retarded. MMA athletes have significantly superior and expansive training in unarmed combat, end of story.

Soldiers/CIA are killers in real life. WW/MM/UF are phony TV shows.
