Even if Gleason was running, the best that Hamline could do is 3rd place. Bold claim, I know.
Fact.

That's an idiotic statement. With Gleason would easily give Carleton a run for 2nd place, and Hamline showed last year that no team is invincible to that conference course.
Only one word for that statement: Idiocy.
Conference Lord Voldemort?
lax and the other uw schools with the exception of milwaukee and parkside are DIII because they have small budgets and no chance of ever getting scholarships.

What about Saint Mary's?
Saint Mary's sucks you stupid noob. But what about Concordia arent they pretty good this year?
ogrady isnt even good. i dont think anyone really cares that he transferred, except st thomas since they need anything they can get. its not like you just got chris ericksen or gleason. ogrady is just an average mid 26 guy who thinks he is better than he is. i guess he fits in well at lax then.
all this talk about LaX bores me, let me know when you all want to talk about MIAC. Peace miac bros. See you at Conference.

4- Swanson Olaf- terrific race at pre-nats, can he repeat at conference?
5- Steinbrecher Hamline- someone else said he always runs well at conference, I'll agree and go with him at #5
6- Haglund Augsburg- another great race at pre-nats
7- Sepe Carleton- like his name
8- Gladitsch Bethel
9- Murphy Hamline- all-conference last year out of nowhere, why not again?

Not sure who is better between Kennedy or Nowinski, have fun ripping apart my predictions.
Charlie Mahler did a great write up on the conference. It talks about last year and this year's conference meet. There is also news of VanBruggen possibly racing this weekend.

3- Greeno Bethel - he looked pretty good at Griak but I think Erichsen and Fermoyle could be untouchable until nats.
4- VanBruggen SJU - he's the top returner from last year, and he is a damn good runner counting him out would be juuust stupid
5- Steinbrecher Hamline - yeah he runs well at Como we get it
6- Sepe Carleton
7- Swanson Olaf - I guess he ran well at Pre-nats, but almost everyone had a bad race that day so you can't really judge much from those times or places since it probably won't be 80 degrees at Como on the 28th.

I sense a bit of SJU bias in the previous post. No way that VanBruggen can be 4th after not racing all year. Also, look for some Gustavus guys to mix it up in the top 15.

wouldnt surprise me. its not like he is sitting on his a@%. Im sure that kid is biking or swimming like a madman, considering he runs 150 plus miles a week. biking keeps you in good shape. ive raced at an incredibly high level with just bike training, no running. itll come back quick, and hell run fine.
Of course there's an SJU bias. They have a roster of 50 people so the only people who post on here are the crappy jv SJU runners that are struggling to run sub 30 min 8ks and wouldn't make a team that didn't allow an unlimited amount of people run for them.
i doubt any gustavus guys will be in the top 15...if any it will be there top guy and he will finish 15th.
