Thing is, it is quite clear cut. He moved the barrier of a competitor. Nigeria will argue that Benjamin moved Nathaniel's hurdle and it could have affected his stride. And Nathaniel lost a medal by a tenth of a second. Nigeria will say then moved hurdle cost him that tenth. The only question is whether the judges will decide that the result can stand because it was accidental

Or course it was accidental. No one knocks a hurdle into another lane intentionally. But it doesn't matter. It's a violation of the rules.
Weird to unDQ, the rule is quite specific in that if you displace a barrier and it affects another's race its a DQ, plus the Nigerian genuinely had a chance of a medal
