That was a very underwhelming 1500. US mens 1500m runners are irrelevant on the world stage other than Nuguse

Waskom is ranked 95th unfortunately and probably won’t make the jump up in ranking high enough. Sam Prakel who was 4th is ranked 25th. So guessing is Prakel makes the team
Can Waskom try to chase the standard before July 30th or nah?

Waskom doesn’t have the standard right?
And he doesn’t and his world ranking isn’t good enough, neither are Wynne’s or Prakel’s. Hobbs may still make this team.
Yared wasn't even out of breath. He ran a 3:34 by himself. Odds on him medaling. Happy for Joe and Cole Hocker using his pure talent to get 3rd. Hope they can do something at worlds. But Yared has a shot of winning it all.

Well, Centrowitz's comeback didn't go as planned...
I honestly didn't know he was still running. I admire the drive to still compete
This is preamble for buildup to Paris. Unfortunately everyone else will be even faster perhaps, but Budapest was never his thing.
Why is there a commercial of Quigley shilling recovery products? That’s an oxymoron. Is it meant to be ironic? A parody?
they obviously do not work

You’re right. Prakel is the 3rd rep.

what's the standard? Waskom's Mile PB is equivalent to ~3:34.7

Yes. Not sure why people thought he wouldn’t be able to win in a kick.
Kessler, plenty of time, keep at it.
Bob Sack wrote:

No. If he doesn't get it will his ranking be enough?
Results page shows Nuguse, Hocker, and Kessler as the only ones with the standard. Not sure how accurate
39.46 final 300m for Yared. Top four closed under 40 seconds (as did Nathan Green back in 7th)
Nikki Hiltz moves Flagstaff a year ago, runs for Mike Smith, now she's a champion.
Smith is the John Wooden of track coaches.

Because she’s hot. I couldn’t keep my eyes off her. It moved
Sam Prakel with the dreaded 4th. He’s been so good but just not good enough. I hope he makes an outdoor team soon.
Currently ranked 95th in the world

WLanybody remember why Mu didn't run?
Yes. The 4X400 was run too close to her 800 meter final for her to recover properly.
