Romania has a great criminal justice system that is geared to truth-seeking, unlike our American system which is geared to coddling criminals. In Romanian, the justice system isn't corrupted by relative moralism, special interests, criminals loopholes, and cheating defense attorneys. If they charge you in Romania, it's almost 100% certain that you are guilty as charged.

Jesus, man. Now you believe everything the internet tells you? The Romanian cops said they busted him regarding the pizza box. And given your inability to understand the basics here, I probably shouldn't point out to you that Greta's pizza box burn of your guy was a burn whether the pizza box was used by the cops or not. Well the thing is money talks. So the charges laid are almost always legitimate but the court system is a business. A lot of people involved in the industry and they want their cut. Having an unlimited money train can probably get you out of almost anything. Pay a lawyer good money (feed into the court/law system) and you can get yourself out of trouble. But if you choose to represent yourself (not get a lawyer), then the judge and court will gang up against you because you're not feeding their designed system. Most people don't even realize this fact.

Now regarding Tate, things are different because the evil institution wants him gone. So money has no relevance in this exceptional circumstance and they'll do anything to silence him because he exposes the truth which the institution doesn't want to become widely accepted in society. Controlling the "information" (many times it's designed to mislead, distract or is completely false) has always been a big deal for the institution and notably imperative in a communist society.

I challenged you to produce articles from recognizable news outlets and you delivered. That makes me want to look into the matter further since legit journalists with legal exposure are covering the story. While every media outlet has its own bias, I am more apt to accept as fact reporting from recognized sources rather than anonymous MMA fan/supplement dealer/fanboi calling themselves "AlphaBroTruth!" or "Testo Times" that has a handful of YT videos and no bonafides. I will keep an open mind but too many posters, both right and left, keep citing other Internet trolls and unchecked content creators as "proof" of their point when no real proof is actually offered. The Post and The Times of London will verify who they are talking to. "AlphaBroTruth!" may just pay some local actress in Jacksonville, FL to say, " I stiill luff Andrew and he not do such things nor hees brudder. Polizia bad peoples in Romania make corruption!" and hype it as an exclusive insider interview.

The Romanian authorities already knew that the Tates were home in Romania. They knew his address and it's obvious that the Tates were already under investigation long before the pizza box video.

No. WTF? You seem to be ignorant of the fact that Tates was arrested in Romania, not the U.S. Most of what you said is true about the U.S. criminal justice system. But it's not true about Romania, which has nowhere near the corruption and criminal coddling that the U.S. has. In Romania, it's practically undisputed that if the cops bust you for something, you did the crime. So we know Tates is guilty as charged, and that Thornburg girl is just piling on the humiliation to you guys. It's called "adding insult to injury."

How many more right wing guys need to get busted as immoral, corrupt or outright frauds before right wingers start to realize that they are hitching their wagons to complete losers?
