while katelyn finished it effortlessly
Tuohy vs Nichols and maybe Roe in the championship. It will be fast. Tuohy is significantly faster at 1500 and can do one of those “tighten the screws” tactics over the last mile or so. I also think she has more raw speed than people think. Her issue with getting out kicked in the past was more about going out at a pace beyond her fitness level and not being able to hang on late in the race. More of a strength issue than a speed issue but she has addressed this and improved.

Guys bush doubled today and still ran 4th fastest time... Tuohy bush valby 3 best runners today in that order...
Bush did great today and I am so happy for her - but I believe this championship final is going to be quick, like 15:0x kind of fast, collegiate record kind of fast.
