i could care less about millersville, but looking at the regional results they graduated their top three as well. (butler, brewer, malloy)
the majority of the teams race at penn state or the rock invite, so that will be the first time you can see how teams really stack up.

so is it definite that slippery rock is redshirting their top guys or what? anybody got facts on that? i mean it would make sense cause they should be able to challenge at a national level next year, but are they really gonna pass up nats at their home course?
IUP guys defeated the alumni last weekend...they will actually be much more solid than what most predict, especially if they get a good frosh eligible. Not saying they'll be a top-5 team, but I'd expect them in 6th/7th, which would be a huge improvement over last years debacle.
For all of you who said Strauman can't run cross...I'll simply say you were dead wrong. I worry about his ability to hold form throughout the season, but the dude is currently in great shape. Guess the naysayers here on letsrun fired the guy up!

Listen up all you big dreamers, SRU is going to suck for a while to come. Did you see the results of their alumni 5k, pitiful. They will never compete at a national level, and should just be proud that they get to work the national meet this year. As for the rest of the psac teams, u suck, and will amount to nothing.

Well since all PSAC runners (with the few exceptions) are fags, it's quite possible it came from the same psac team that is being bashed. However, it more likely was another psac team that spends 5 hrs a day on letsrun, and 30 mins a day running. Oh wait, I just described the entire PSAC! (Again, few exceptions of whom u know you are.)
