From another news source: The Brookings Institution looked at all the products China has threatened to put tariffs on so far. They would affect about 2.1 million jobs that are spread across 2,783 U.S. counties. Eighty-two percent of those counties voted for Trump in the last presidential election. That was some very pointed targeting by China. Their new tariffs whack US areas that are very pro-Trump. China did some fine analysis to hit back at Trump's tariffs. Trump based his tariffs on his own gut feel.

That was a bit harsh, sorry. You are obviously very bright, I just had a bad day at work (Walmart) and I took it out on you. Sincerely sorry friend.
