You do know that Trump stole money from a "charitable" foundation in his own name, right?
You further know that Trump just pardoned a Trumpette who stole funds that were donated to honor a slain officer, right?
Perhaps you are only nine years old and not yet mature enough to understand these things. Here, let me make it simple enough for a nine year old to understand.
1) Trump and the Trumpettes commit unfathomably low life crimes. Constantly. These are easily verifiable.
2) Trump and the Trumpettes then accuse "the libs" of committing the exact crimes that they themselves have committed and continue to commit. They always do this without showing any evidence and often by painting vague pictures of the supposed crimes of "the libs" (see Musk's post that you just put up here as a classic example).
3) People with single digit IQs post the vague accusations posted by Trump and Trumpettes without any evidence and ignore the actual crimes committed by Trump and the Trumpettes for which we have mountains of evidence. (Sound like anyone you know? Maybe your best friend in the mirror?)
Just remember: EVERY accusation made by Trump and the Trumpettes is a confession.

Due process is discussed in the 5th amendment (and 14th amendment), not the second amendment. Try to keep up.

The president decides how the alien enemies are treated broadly. The judges et al decide about specific individuals who are complained about.
