Geez, it’s bad enough when adults talk about where other adults (more than 15 minutes into their first job) went to college or graduate school. But it’s a million times worse when you’re talking about a guy who’s ACTUAL job is to sound as much like the dumbest public official on earth. And he accepted that job, and does it with relish. His lack of character has completely nullified whatever intelligence he had, and fancy education he received.

Oh I agree, I never defended any of this. There’s no way MAGA makes him the nominee and this is a big reason. Those gun toting country folks who fly confederate flags will never choose him. Trump knew Vance could out wit his opponent in a short cycle and that’s all he needed.
Rubio will be a tough out. Florida. Also super quick on his feet and known to use humor, but I kind of think MAGA will put the first woman in there.
