I’m not making excuses. First of all, I don’t care if she did or didn’t appear in court. Second of all, I believe I’m correct in what I said about DAs (and AGs), so your point seems pointless. It’s not what they do. They don’t go to court and try cases.

If you’re saying she was in a position as an actual trial lawyer for some appreciable period of time, and somehow avoided going to court, I just find that highly unlikely. You should go look it up. It may take a while for 90s records, but you should do it to assure yourself that you’re correct. You don’t want a repeat of the ABC blower fiasco.
