Hmmm. Prior to the latest stop the Garmin went from recording points with times ending :30 (seconds) and then to :45. Why would the Garmin change the time interval? 15 seconds is not much of a change, but it is a change. Maybe a Garmin expert can chime in.

No need for something so complex. Mimi has up to 4 vehicles following her. You can easily put a smartphone on the dash of the vehicles plugged into a charger and save the video locally with a 480p resolution and upload later on. Way more than enough to take an all day video.

And Mimi has people like Jenny running right behind her. Put a Go Pro or similar type camera on this people to film Mimi if the 4 vehicles are not an option. Swap batteries at any of the many rest stops Mimi takes every 1-2 hours of the battery gets low.

No reason to shoot at 480p. Higher resolution can be shot. The video can be processed to reduce resolution to 480p after for uploading. That way a higher res video is available if needed later.

I think the use of a Boots in the Air (a drone) is a good way to get independent video at random points by an observer.

Civilian drones don't have very much battery life. They die after a very short time doing anything because flight takes lot of energy. You would need a military type drone the size of a small aircraft to be able to loiter all day to take video.

15 minutes of air time at a random point, unknown to Mimi, would be sufficient. The drone could be recharged / battery swapped and another random video taken. This does not replace the full run day video you want--likely taken by Mimi's team. But it is an independent supplement that would not require the pre-approval of Mimi's husband. Runners who want to join her must be pre-approved to avoid the risk of arrest.

And it a reason I thought of drone video (boots in the air). That would be one way to get something in a quicker manner (during a lunch break?) than trying to get permission from Mimi to run with her. A randomly taken video, even if only 15 minutes in length, would be an excellent data verification point. ... Of course I am assuming that Mimi's protective husband won't call 911 to get them to arrest the drone ... but ...

I just sent this email to the "marvellous" and "mimirunsusa" email addresses on Mimi's websites challenging them for video of Mimi running and giving them the ability to prove their innocence, if in fact Mimi is actually running the distances claimed. Please post this to Facebook where you think they will respond since no one from Mimi's team have responded to my Twitter messages or emails in the past asking about Ben Rogers or their fake "arrest" story.I think this challenge for the video is fair and just and there is no reason to deny it unless they are in fact cheating.
