Last I heard they filled the Miami position, but no announcement has been made. I think somone said earlier it typically takes a few weeks before they release anything. As far as I know, Hawai'i hasn't made any announcements on their position either.
There are there are at least 2 jobs open at Miami and what about the rumors of the notre dame sprint coach going to stanford?

for throws as I understand it Miami hired Corey Young (Kentucky/Grand Valley) and Stanford hired Michelle Eisenreich (Brown)
I haven't spoken with either of them so I don't know for a fact that it is true, but all indicators point to those two - both have done a great job over the years and should do great at those posts

New Job just opened up at a DII in IL. McKendree U. is looking for a new head coach. Kind of an odd time of year to be posting. Any word on what happened in the home town of Craig Virgin?

I've heard from people that Young is the new coach at Miami as well.
He's a great coach who could do things to turn the throwing program around at Miami.
Also if anyone has Cory Young as a friend on Facebook and follows him on Twitter he has updated everything to UMiami.
I guess that means UMiami has officially filled their throws coach position.
What drags a throws coach away from Kentucky and the SEC to Miami? Can it be a pay bump? Would it be a facility upgrade and would it be easier to get legit kids to Miami?

Floreal came over from Stanford and brought Ninow from Stanford as well.
I really hope Ninow can continue what Young did because in the year that Young was there he did a fantastic job with a young crew and sent a few to nationals.

Thanks. Seems a little odd to go from being head at a D-II school, to assistant at a small D-I, especially since he had already been a head coach at a small D-I (Loyola). I can't imagine the pay would be significantly more at Rider, so there must be other factors.
