Yesterday, on Fox "FAKE" news, Jeff Sessions had the gall to say:

"Somebody needs to stand up and say, 'No, you've gone too far. You cannot do this.' This is not reasonable. It is radical, really," he said.

The statement was in support of Trump attacking the California governor, via Tweets, for exercising their legal right to pardon people. Trump was angry about legal immigrants who were pardoned. Unlike Trump's pardon of the racist Joe Arpaio, the pardoned prisoners had served significant jail time, and years on parole.

LOL . . . Trump's 2018 intern class is sooooooo white, and soooooo white male. Out of 115 interns: 81 white males, 34 woman, 2 black males, 0 black females. About 50% of millennials are minorities. But the Trump Whites White House is not representative.

To the contrary, I think that Trump's crew is *quite* representative of his supporters.

I think by representative the poster meant not representative of the 50% of millennials who are not white. That by itself tells you all you need to know about the direction of Trump-style politics. According the the link below 25% of millennials approve of Trump. Sad, so sad.

Recent re-examinations of election data have shown that, more than anything, HRC lost in 2016 because some Dems voted for third parties and more just stayed home (which contributed to other Dems' losses). GOPers, by contrast, were highly motivated and turned out in droves--probably as much to beat Hillary as to boost Trump.

I don't think anyone expects many of the people who voted for Trump in 2016 to suddenly start voting for Democrats this November, and in 2020. The question is whether they'll simply stay home, as so many Dems who'd voted for Obama did, in 2016; and whether beating the GOP will get Democratic voters to turn out in droves. I certainly have so far seen *no one* on the Democratic side who seems to inspire a lot of *positive* enthusiasm. (Don't even start with Bernie, who's not actually a Democrat anyway--anyone who thinks the USA will elect an atheist socialist Jew to be president is in fantasy land.)

I'm no fan of Coulter but she was prescient about the 2016 nomination/election and I think her views *must* be paid attention to.

And that's what everyone already knew and the Democrats couldn't figure out.

I'm barely right of center and I DIDN'T WANT HILLARY CLINTON TO WIN and I wasn't voting for Bernie, whom you described perfectly.

I know a lot of people who as you say, didn't want Clinton to win.

The Democrats thought it was all wrapped up, but they were in fact wrong for many of the reasons you laid out.
