Jim is a great guy. If you ask him about his moves he probably can explain to you. But if you aren’t in the huddle you don’t know the play. It could of been multiple reasons.

It's really all over the place, just depends on what the AD values. One of my former athletes just turned down a D2 Associate job because they only offered him $42k. That's a 6k paycut from him being a head coach at a lower level. I also know people in divisions lower than him making over $60k because track is their lifeblood for enrollment at a small school.

Yeah it depends. In some situations across this country Power 5, JuCo & D3’s pay the most. D3’s & JuCo’s if you’re a instructor as well $75-120,000 and more) with a masters at least.
