The Bathroom case needs to be tried to a federal jury. It will be a massive injustice to America if that case isn't tried. The public needs to see and understand what Trump did. It's important for the country and our historical record that Trump be tried for his criminal acts and felonies committed in his bathroom.
Trump's brief on the appeal to the 11th Circuit is due 10/25/24. We won't get a decision by the 11th Circuit until at least April, 2025. Whatever that decision is (I predict they reverse the order of dismissal), the case will get petitioned up to the Supreme Court. Only Jesus Christ himself (alleged "Prince of Peace") knows what happens then.
