Basically she admits in one of these fake 100 mile run videos that it is very hard to run over 50 miles.

If she would have done her 7 day run the way she said, it should have not been a mental problem. But of course she didn't run that or the 100 miles this week. The treadmill might have rattled along for that distance, but she was not on it running.

Please just don't start this. I know she's trying to start up again and nobody should help her to do this. She's a fraud. She's a fraud who has the true benefit of being a sociopath (antisocial personality disorder). You need to understand that when she tells a lie it is no different to her than when a normal person tells the truth. The only thing that is relevant is what she wants. How she gets what she wants is not curtailed by any moral or ethical code. Due to her disorder, she is simply not able to understand why lying is bad. Truth is merely an inconvenient barrier that is so easily overcome for her by just saying whatever she wants truth to be. Again, for her, telling a lie feels exactly the same as when a normal person tells the truth. You don't fell bad for telling the truth, she doesn't feel bad for telling a lie. It's even questionable if she understands the significance of telling a lie - meaning, once she tells a lie, it may become real (her truth) and she thereafter believes it to be real. Mental illness is a strange thing.

Some high-quality ecstasy maybe? Don’t know any ultra runners who act like that after a long run.

) on a treadmill. Obviously it's way less but what evidence would you be satisfied for proof doing it in a certain time (not for any kind of record, just satisfied in that you believe me).

It'll be run on a uncalibrated treadmill (albeit relatively new) using kinomap app which Bluetooths to treadmill, which then uploads to Strava and they'll be a recorded zoom call facing me.

Anything else/tweeks I could make? So basically what could she have done to satisfy you for the treadmill challenge to believe her.

Point your camera so that it captures your whole body, including the feet stepping on the treadmill. That way people can count your foot steps.

Basically the problem with Hughes is that she refused to provide the video evidence when asked and her witness was her boyfriend. No one is going to give you a hard time unless you claim to break a record and not provide evidence.
