While true the military reports directly to POTUS most of the people at the top of the military are not going to go along with Trump becoming a dictator. While I am sure there are some convincing arguments for how it could play out and that could happen, I guarantee you that there are plans for such an event already. Special instructions on how it would be handled that I don't presume to know but I am certain they have already gone through this scenario and will not go along with a rogue president.
Translation: He might go along with "worrisome" Project 2025, but would probably screw it up and that is good enough. He might try to sieze control of the military to become a dictator, but there is probably a protocol for stopping that. So let's risk the country as we know it?

Not sure if this is what you meant but I don't see any indication that "keep dreaming" is advocating for voting for Trump. He seems to simply be expressing doubt that a Trump win would be as catastrophic as many fear.

Exactly. I am in no way advocating support for Trump.
Definitely, I do not believe another Trump presidency would be good for the country.
