I heard a rumor that Brad Herbster from App State may want to look at it. he’s also a finalist for the ECU job. Personally, hope he goes to ECU. He would fit in well with that trash administration lead by Jon Gilbert.
Also heard Udon Cheek’s ass is nervous he may be replaced.
This position reports directly to the Director of Cross Country/Track & Field (Head Coach) and is responsible for providing coaching and administrative assistance, while serving as the Track & Field contact for assigned athle...
Delaney? She could thrive there. They’d give her control and she’d be at a place she could build at. Good call
It’s literally a part time job. And she did a terrible job at Sacramento
You’re high. She is responsible for their lone NCAA qualifer in over a decade. She was there a short time like every other coach at sac state because it’s a revolving door of coaches. Low pay and no funding and treated like crap. UCLA was much better but she didn’t get a chance. Terrible job is subjective. If you have 10 scholarships and get theee kids into NCAAs you would say that’s terrible. She had none and got one, E a D Charlie Brown

Sounds like excuses and she’s done a terrible job everyplace she has been. Maybe a part time low level NCAA school will be a perfect fit for her

Just being honest. She made absolutely no difference where she went. They could have hired a chicken and gotten the same results. She’s a DEI hire. Women ✅

Any updates on Ivy League jobs? Director of XCTF at Dartmouth and Head Men's XC at Yale?
These are massive positions and it's extremely late in the summer. Those teams move back to campus in 3 weeks, and this is the most important recruiting time.
Columbia also has three openings—multis/pole vault (no coach since late Dec), middle distance, and throws (both positions open since end of Spring). Anyone know anything about interviews or hiring? Seems like some huge holes in Columbia’s coaching staff and no action to fill them. Is the team going to drop everything but XC and track distance events — Ireland’s speciality — or do they care about other events at all?
