The GOP are trying to use their far superior media echo system and Russian funded influencers and right wing leading fake polling to skew averages and create fake momentum. They are using big dollar bets to try to gamestop the election polls and give the appearance of a red wave.
The goal is to demoralize Democrat turnout. I can see it working on some posters here.
