Coastal Carolina track is in rough shape. They have a handful of extremely talented distance women with the help of Zola Budd. Their sprinting on both the men's and women's side is a complete joke. If I were coastal I would cut the men's program and just focus solely on women's distance. As a new addition to the SunBelt, coastal sports are excelling with the only exception being men's xc, and men's track. Embarrassing.

As a side note, I have been looking at many staff pages and have seen "Sports Performance Coach" listed as a member of staff. Is this just a way to Church up that you area weight room and drill jockey for the team?

Thank you to Coach Henry and the staff at A&M for the tremendous opportunity we were given four years ago when we came to College Station. As much as I love coaching, I now find it necessary to press pause, to take a step back from coaching for a time for the good of my family and for the benefit of myself.
The most difficult part of this decision is that I consider the athletes I coach to be family, so it’s tremendously difficult to leave them at this time. However, I will remain their most ardent fan as they continue to pursue their goals.
I plan to evaluate future opportunities in and out of the coaching field while focusing on the health and welfare of my family. But their sprinters have not been bad. Really good hurdlers and 400 runners for their conference.
