BBC announcer just said there is a vibrant distance running community in the USA and that they'll be delighted with Jager's result.
Must be talking about LRC in some way?
Who knows. Great run!

If anyone happens to see any updates, please post.
Dude, it's 115 degrees in the exposed seats. Give the fans a break.

Agreed.
Awesome run for Jager. Watching the live stream at the office, and it was hard to stay calm for that one!
+5 million. Great run by Jager, brought a tear to my eye. Finally an American runner grabbing a race by the balls and giving his all.

I'd agree.

The shaded areas of the stadium are actually fairly full. Shockingly, no one wants to sit in the sun when it is 97 degrees and humid.
Double world champion and world leader Fadjek out of the hammer final.
That was fantastic! He ran a great race. Wow.
Great honest run by Jager. Like Coburn, he ran what he was capable of doing and executed well. The steeple seems to be good at requiring honest races. Very impressive to beat 2 Kenyans and Benibad. It helped that Kenya screwed up by leaving Birech at home, but Jager fully deserved the silver.
Kemboi definitely is on WR shape.
Outstanding effort! Now if Evan would only lose the man bun...

Lol. But, the long hair is his signature look and the man bun probably keeps it out of his face in big races (and allows cooling from the back of his neck). So, if the loss of the man bun means loss of the long hair, I'd say don't do it.
I recall an article on here a few months back, where Kipruto predicted that he and Jager were going to push the pace and go 1 and 2 at Rio. He knew what he was talking about.

That's a fair statement, but this has been something I've continually noticed - not just this morning.
