Oh, it's more than interesting. If the biography is close to true, then the data set Seppelt has contains very detailed blood parameters. The kind of very detailed blood parameters someone like Ashenden or Parisotto would use to develop a very strong case of her likelihood of doping.

If Paula were clean, then a public discussion of the data would be no problem. For some reason, the IAAF and Paula are strongly opposed to this happening.

FWIW, it would not surprise me her blood parameters would be monitored by her team/coach/her. It's very valuable information whether one is doping or not. The biography suggests she had very current, very detailed information about her blood scores.

The World Marathon organization does not discuss their testing, only that it is done. Everything suggests the IAAF is involved somehow. The way that is handled is as suspect as the IAAF itself.

I would be interested to know if there were any significant changes in PR's scores around early August 2012.

On 5 August 2012 she made a trip to Munich to see Dr Hans-Wilhelm Müller-Wohlfahrt, whose left field treatments happen to include removing blood from his patients and re-injecting it.

Why would an employee of the BBC go to Sky or ITV for 'exclusives' other than because she was unhappy with the kind of questioning she received from the BBC in those disastrous interviews?? She is trying to control the story, the BBC athletics team are all her mates and having the likes of Cram, Logan, Lewis comment on the situation is ridiculous. The interviews from the other BBC journalists has been very different in time and out of her control so she's gone somewhere where she can control the narrative. Sunday Times are big by bit building a story, this week they got all the athletes who volunteered their data to dismiss her 'blackmail ' claim, next week there will be more...

By extension, that might imply that Radcliffe and Bolt are safe, too.

Here's someone who's already released all his info and is trying to get the two Olympic gold medals that are rightfully his, so what's the problem with releasing everything on you Paula?

Wow you are saying training at altitude makes one a cheater. Then pretty much every star in the sport is a cheater. A moved to altitude to do hi-low training because it is not cheating. It is the best way to train within the rules. If you follow the rules it is not cheating.

Do you really need to look further? These people are injecting to get an edge. They say the substances used are legal. But the blood work indicates peds. The morals are only self serving. Coe declaring that she is clean by definition is probably the biggest news of all. Ok. Time to leave the scene of the crime. If you don.t get it now. You never will.
